About

I work behind the scenes so founders can focus on running the business.

I’m Raymel Lumenario. I work directly with small and founder-led teams to find what’s broken, fix the fundamentals, and build marketing systems their teams can actually use.

How I got here

Technical Support → IT → Marketing

I started in technical support, moved into IT, then shifted into marketing in 2014. Most of my roles were broad and hands-on. I wasn’t focused on just one channel. I was usually the person figuring out whichever part of marketing needed attention, from campaigns and content to websites, CRM, and follow-up.

Over time, I realized the work was less about “general marketing” and more about understanding how all the pieces supported growth. That naturally led me into growth marketing, with go-to-market work becoming part of the job when needed.

How I think

Logic first. Test, learn, and keep moving.

I enjoy helping business owners and teams who feel confused about how their marketing is working or where it is headed. I start by checking what is happening, testing assumptions, choosing a solution, executing it, and watching what the results say. Trial and error is part of the process.

I do my best work with people who are willing to listen, test ideas, and change direction when the evidence says something is not working.

My home-office coworkers

The coworkers who never clock out.

They are usually nearby while I work. Their management styles are very different.
